I believe this is Ford Archive footage. in the 30′s and 40′s Henry Ford had a “secret” bio-mass facility in Michigan. Where they had created several bio-fuels. I found this, also look up the Shafer Report, a government funded study that was to help properly schedule marijuana under the Federal Narcotics Schedule, however when the study was completed, Nixon rejected the report.
